Power Supply Inverter 

The thyristor circuit is used to convert the direct current into alternating current, which corresponds to the reverse process of rectification and is defined as the inverter. For example, an electric locomotive using a thyristor, when the downhill slope causes the DC power supplier to operate as a generator brake, the locomotive's potential energy is converted into electrical energy and sent back to the AC grid. Another example is the running DC motor. To make it brake quickly, the motor can also be used as a generator to convert the kinetic energy of the motor into electrical energy and send it back to the grid.

Causes and analysis of inverter power supply problems

Subject to outside interference

The inverter may be interfered with by some strong electromagnetic waves in the use, such as nearby motors, power inverters, strong magnetic fields, etc. We must pay attention to the equipment as far as possible from the above.

Inverter does not respond

The inverter does not respond. It may be that the battery and the inverter are not connected or the battery is reversed, and the fuse is blown. Just replace the fuse.

Low output voltage

The reason may be that the load current exceeds the nominal current, you can turn off part of the load and restart.

You can also check if the input voltage is too low. Make sure the input voltage is within the nominal voltage range.

Inverter has no DC input

The reason for this type of failure is that the battery is not properly connected. The positive and negative poles of the inverter must be properly connected to the battery. The positive pole is connected to the positive pole and the negative pole is connected to the negative pole. After the correct connection, the switch is closed and the fault can be basically solved.

Battery voltage is higher than rated DC input voltage by 20%

The inverter has a working voltage range, generally between +10% of rated DC voltage. If it is higher than this voltage, it needs to replace the battery pack or replace the inverter to prevent damage to the machine.

Battery voltage is lower than rated DC input voltage by 15%

This type of problem is mainly due to the shortage of battery power, only need to charge the battery pack.

Excessive load power

This type of problem is mainly caused by insufficient calculation of load power in the early stage. It is necessary to increase the power of the inverter or reduce the load power.
